The Port Of Liverpool building which is one of Liverpool’s iconic 3 Graces was completed in 1907, designed by Sir Arnold Thornley and F B Hobbs is a grade II listed building, made from Portland Stone.
Until fairly recently the building was the HQ of The Mersey Docks and Harbour Board, sold in 2001, when it underwent a major restoration. Designed in an Edwardian Baroque style the focal point of the Building is the large dome which sits in the middle with stone Cupolas on each corner.
This Model of The Port of Liverpool Building is a finely detailed example of one of Liverpool’s most iconic and noticeable Buildings.
