‘Walk on, walk on, with hope in your heart’

Our Liverpool FC coaster features some lyrics from LFC’s anthem “You’ll Never Walk Alone”.
“You’ll Never Walk Alone” was written by Rogers & Hammerstein for their musical carousel, and later sung by Gerry & The Pacemakers in 1963.
It was this version that influenced the Liverpool F.C. Kop Choir.
“You’ll Never Walk Alone” is an anthem known all over the globe, largely due to the great successes of Liverpool Football Club.
The first time the song accompanied Liverpool F.C was in 1965 at the F.A Cup Final, against Leeds, where the Reds walked away with a victory.
