Liver Building Print – The Jones Boys

The Jones Boys are two designers from Liverpool, twins named Philip & Andrew. They class themselves as a “two man enterprise from birth”. Their design process involves taking first hand reference and photographic records. They then strip back the detail, leaving strong shapes and shadows. They use vintage posters to help inspire their use of colour on their unique prints. One can see that the Jones Boys have taken a large inspiration from the art deco period within the North West of England.
