About the Anglican cathedral:

The Anglican cathedral, built on St James Mount in Liverpool is the longest cathedral in the world. Overall, it is the 5th largest cathedral worldwide.
The Anglican Cathedral is mainly built out of Sandstone quarried from the southern local area Woolton.
It took a long time to build the Anglican cathedral due to it taking place during both world wars.
Some of the stained glass was bombed in the second world war, however this was luckily later restored.
The cathedral has approximately 1,700 m2 of stained glass.
