Fantastic service and as usual fantastic products. Well wrapped and delivered really quickly. I really like the personal touch of a card thanking me for the purchase and hoping that I enjoy the items. I love shopping at The Liverpool Gift company as the items they sell are high quality, there is always something new to buy and the gifts are a fantastic reminder of Liverpool for my scouser wife (we live down in southern England).

I've ordered a number of times from this small, independent retailer. I love their exclusive range items in particular, and purchases are always received carefully packed and arrive in pristine condition, and in 'double quick' time. I'm definitely not a confident/competent internet shopper and the website is the most user- friendly one I've ever used. I love the handwritten, personalised 'gift/thank' you card which accompanies all orders delivered. So very thoughtful.

It is for my brother in law who will be 100 years old in June and used to live across the river in Birkenhead and would get a view of the other bank across the Mersey from where he used to live. What an absolutely fabulous company & hidden treasure, I visited the shop as we live reasonably locally. The gift I wanted was not in stock in the shop but was available to order on line & collect from the shop with no delivery charge. The website was very easy to use & I was kept up to date regarding the status of my order by email & a friendly phone call when my order was ready for delivery. I ordered from The Liverpool Gift Company online before Christmas and I was completely blown away by their efficiency and the care taken with packing! I ordered at 10pm and it was hand delivered by 12 NOON the NEXT DAY!!! Each item I bought was securely packaged e.g à set of 4 glasses each came in their own box and nestled securely in tissue paper. I have since been into the shop (Voglio on Allerton Road) and both Julie and her husband have done their utmost to help in any way they can. I LOVE this shop and will definitely be going back! What do you get as a gift for someone who has almost everything? Answer is something from the Liverpool Gift Company. I bought a beautiful pint glass with the skyline of Liverpool on it and a mug. I placed my order today with no problems, but its worth noting the website said 'out of stock' on the item I wanted but after a quick phone call to them I learned the website was just waiting to be updated that's all. The online page was updated that evening and I could place my order. Really helpful staff at the end of the phone and I'm pleased I didn't just wander off to a different website.
