EXCELLENT customer service. Extremely pleasant and helpful lady in the shop. Ordered a Superlambanana on line and chose to pick up next day in the shop. It was there waiting for me at 9.30 a.m. Lovely selection of items in store.

Five star service as Liverpool Gift Company were in the area so delivered by hand to my door! Beautiful tealight spinney of Liverpool landmarks. So well packaged too and the personal touch of a hand written gift card. Although it looks delicate it is far more sturdy than ones I have had previously. Very pleased with purchase and would highly recommend.

It's unique portrayals of Liverpool on its merchandise help me to give a meaningful present to people both inside and outside the City. That is why as Lord Mayor of Liverpool I have introduced these products to our official gift list when we give small tokens to commemorate the visits of ambassadors and similar.

Really great service from Michael. I called the store as I had a few queries regarding the in-store pick up option on the website. He was so helpful! He rang me first thing the next morning to tell me my print had arrived and was ready for collection. When I got to store, there was a lovely atmosphere and it also smelled beautiful! Thank you for making my last minute Christmas shopping so easy!
